This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Ovir.shop, operated by ALBEZ MEDYA LLC.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags
- Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
- Items marked as final sale (if clearly stated at the time of purchase)

RETURN PROCESS

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
